Today is the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale. In later life she is believed to have suffered from ME/CFS hence the adoption of her birthday as the international day of awareness.

On Friday my brother and I decided to run away from the chaos that is my kitchen refit and go for a short walk in the local bluebell woods.
